ITEC1035 Microsoft Word
This course will include creating, editing and formatting of business documents. Students will also receive training in features such as merge, sort, tables and other enhancements. It will be necessary to have access to a computer outside of class. A student computer lab is available on each campus.

Qualifying score on keyboarding assessment test OR
CPLT1100 or
CPLT1200 or instructor approval

Course Scheduling
The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty-two hours for each lab credit, and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE). Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations, or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals. Refer to the Course Credits section of this course outline for the credit breakdown.
