ITEC1095 Microsoft 365
This course introduces students to Microsoft 365 (formerly Outlook). Microsoft 365 is more than a personal information manager; it provides organizations the ability to share documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Knowledge, skills and abilities covered in this course include e-mail, a calendar, task manager, contact manager, cloud storage drive, note taking, a journal, and web sharing. This course prepares students to become efficient collaborators by giving them skills to use in both their personal and professional lives.

Qualifying score on computer literacy assessment test OR
CPLT1100 or
CPLT1200 or instructor approval

Course Scheduling
The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty-two hours for each lab credit, and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE). Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations, or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals. Refer to the Course Credits section of this course outline for the credit breakdown.
