Transcripts

A transcript is the official record of a student’s academic history. An official transcript contains the Registrar's signature and school seal, and is delivered to the recipient directly from the school either electronically or in a sealed envelope with the school's logo.

Hennepin Technical College has authorized Parchment as our online transcript ordering service. You will provide your transcript release consent when you submit your order online through Parchment.

The official academic transcript is available for a $10 non-refundable fee (plus shipping for physical copies) and must be ordered and paid for online through Parchment. If you attend HTC prior to 1988, an official transcript must be requested.

There is no fee for an unofficial transcript which may be obtained through eServices or by presenting a picture ID at the OneStop Center.
