BUSN2225 SHRM-CP Certification Exam Preparation Course
This comprehensive preparation course is designed for Human Resource (HR) professionals seeking to earn their Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential. Through targeted instruction, practice exercises, and test-taking strategies, participants will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for the SHRM-CP examination. The course covers all domains of the SHRM Body of Applied Skills & Knowledge (SHRM BaSK), including both technical and behavioral competencies essential for today's HR practitioners.

Course Scheduling
The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty-two hours for each lab credit, and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE). Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations, or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals. Refer to the Course Credits section of this course outline for the credit breakdown.
