BUSN2090 Project Management Application
This course emphasizes the practical application of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Key topics include project scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Students will apply their knowledge by developing a project management plan for a real or fictitious company, gaining hands-on experience in real-world project execution. This course enhances practical skills and prepares students to contribute to successful project outcomes in any professional setting.

Learning Outcomes

Course Scheduling
The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty-two hours for each lab credit, and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE). Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations, or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals. Refer to the Course Credits section of this course outline for the credit breakdown.
