Learn about Oracle`s rapid application development tool for interactive Internet applications, featuring rich, desktop-style, user interfaces. Learning Outcomes

The following goals will be addressed in the course.
Learn to create on-line form applications.
Learn to build online report applications.
Identify, discuss and user triggers in online forms.
Discuss and use other components of ORACLE DEVELOPER 2000.
Learn and utilize more in/dept PL/SQL.
Discuss relationships of Oracle to other databases available today.
Inegrate online forms with other products.
Program multiple `paths` within an online form.
Discuss other Oracle utilities..
Create an online order entry application.
Discuss and learn Oracle to Web application programming.
Utilize text items within Oracle.
Create LISTS OF VALUES that can be used in online forms.
Discuss and user other input items.
Creation of noninput items.
Illustrate the difference between windows, and canvases, and how they are used.
Discuss the various ways Oracle is used in the marketplace.
Learn about objects and application sharing of objects.

Course Scheduling

The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty two hours for each lab credit and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE).  Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals.  Refer to the Credit Details section of this course outline for the credit breakdown.
