CDEV2150 - Replaced by: CDEV2500 Language and Literacy
Students will integrate knowledge of children's language and literacy development, learning environments and teaching strategies to select, plan, present, and evaluate literature experiences to children of different abilities and diverse backgrounds. For this course students should be working with children or have consistent access to a group of children.

Course Scheduling
The scheduled hours of instruction include sixteen hours for each lecture credit, thirty two hours for each lab credit and forty hours for each credit of supervised occupational experience (SOE). Lecture credit may include formal or impromptu lectures, demonstrations or discussions with the entire class or with small groups or individuals.
